the best part about my job is that every athlete is different. everyone is coming to the table with a novel circumstance and a lifetime of past experiences that inform their athletic identity. i get the opportunity to learn about all of this and offer a path of growth forward that honors each client’s process and ability.
to my knowledge, there are very few other outfits offering this kind of service, so making direct comparisons is difficult!
at any of the levels of service outlined here, a boutique service is offered: you will not be placed on a “plan” that was made for a non-you person… together we will take inventory and figure out what the next step for you as an athlete is! this takes time and effort, but the results are, ehem, good…

What is coaching?
Coaching is a service provided by a coach to an athlete to help them achieve something in their sport that they may otherwise be unable to on their own. coaches learn and assess each athlete as a person and determine the best course of action to get them where they want to go. it is worth noting that coaching is more than simply providing a “workout plan” for an athlete; almost any personal trainer can provide that… a good coach will provide both a strategic deep-view of an athlete’s trajectory, as well as tactical near-term advice on those next steps. working with someone that understands your “bigger picture” and can help hold you accountable is a great way to increase the odds of you achieving something ambitious…
collaborator/athlete/team members will enjoy regularly occurring check-ins to keep the growth and challenge consistent.
engaging on an a la carte basis allows you have the flexibility of briefly calling for backup or getting an injection of advice or inspiration at just the right time.
lastly, remote coaching support is offered with or without phone/video meeting(s): this allows you access to call/text with questions, any video review and notes, and any training plan creation, all for one simple fee; basically all of the back-end stuff that goes into developing a program for an ambitious athlete.
