We’ll be exploring the concepts of endurance together.
We will go over the following: - What defines endurance as it applies to climbing. - What are the differences between endurance, power endurance, and fitness in climbing. - How these principles apply to sport climbing AND bouldering. - Effective training for endurance, and how much is enough. - Example work outs and routines. - and MORE, always more.
Cost: $99/athlete or $75 for existing Up and Up team athletes and members of The A climbing gym.
