- Clinic 4: Flight School. March 22nd

This event will be part 1 of a 4 part clinic series this winter to help you train more effectively indoors and prepare yourself for the spring climbing season!

We’ll be talking about how to use boards like the Moonboard, Tension Board, Kilterboard, or even your gym’s Spray wall as an effective training tool. Some topics covered will include setting boulder problems for yourself and for others, efficient projecting, and self-teaching movement and technique.

The event will run for about 3 hours with a few breaks during that time. Difficulty and subject matter will be adjusted for skill-range of attendees: your time will be well-spent whether you have been climbing for 1 year or 10! Attendance limited to 8 people. Dates subject to change.

Standard Price:
- $75 per clinic OR $255 to sign up for all 4 in advance.

Price for current Up and Up athletes, members of The A climbing gym, and patients of Mend and Send Physical Therapy:
- $50 per clinic OR $170 to sign up for all 4 in advance.
