- Clinic 4: Flight School. March 22nd

This event will be part 4 of a 4 part clinic series this winter to help you train more effectively indoors and prepare yourself for the spring climbing season!

The Grand Finale of the clinic. Utilizing Escape’s in-house climbing wall, custom scenarios will be set for the clinic so that we can get in-depth and specific with the subject matter! Flight school will be a deep-dive on dynamic movement from simple power moves all the way to coordination dynos and everything in between. Momentum is the name of the game. Come earn your wings with us!

The event will run for about 3 hours with a few breaks during that time. Difficulty and subject matter will be adjusted for skill-range of attendees: your time will be well-spent whether you have been climbing for 1 year or 10! Attendance limited to 8 people. Dates subject to change.

Standard Price:
- $75 per clinic OR $255 to sign up for all 4 in advance.

Price for current Up and Up athletes, members of The A climbing gym, and patients of Mend and Send Physical Therapy:
- $50 per clinic OR $170 to sign up for all 4 in advance.
